Amy is a costume designer who works on theater, film & tv productions at every professional level - from assisting on Broadway to designing at Regional theaters - every job is an opportunity to learn, collaborate and create something unique.
She believes that costume design can communicates character and environment, while also engaging the artistic imagination. Every detail offers an opportunity to provide insight into the world & the characters - everything from research to earrings has an impact. Her love of museums, fashion, books, films & travel are sources of continuous inspiration. She received her MFA in Costume Design from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a BFA in Theater with a minor in Art History, from NYU, Tisch School of the Arts. Amy is a member of United Scenic Artists, USA Local 829. |
